Every family deserves a fair shot, no matter their zip code.
It feels like we’re doing everything right to make a good life for our families. But, we struggle to afford the basics. How did we get here?
Over decades, the wealthy and powerful few have rigged the rules and created a tax system that funnels wealth to the top. They’ve gotten away with this by blaming immigrants and people that look differently from us.
The result? Only the wealthiest 20% of Wisconsinites have seen their income grow over the past 40 years.
When we come together, reject division, and demand a system that works for all of us, the results of our hard work can stay in our communities, and everyone can have the things they need.

Tax Wealth like Work
To even the playing field and make life more affordable for everyday families, we need to:
Make millionaires pay their fair share.
Tax income from wealth like income from work.
Make large corporations pay the taxes they owe.
Tax multi-million dollar inheritances.
What could we build together?

Care that works
Health care at a price all Wisconsin residents can afford
Child care at no more than 5% of a family’s income
Work that pays
A living wage starting at $20/hr that goes up as cost of living increases
Expanding tax credits that help working families make ends meet
Communities that Care
Age appropriate support for youth, instead of new youth prisons
Healthy school meals for all kids and nutritious food families can afford
